All our lives we are engaged in the search for truth and meaning and that search finds outlets in the programs of the congregation. Lifespan religious education, whether designed for children, youth or adults, serves to challenge the head, open the heart and nourish the spirit. If all of life is a learning experience, then no member of the congregation is exempt. How a congregation engages in thoughtful programming is a joint decision process. There is benefit in the planning and delivery from cross-generation dialogue, use of association resources, involvement of congregational talent and commitment and clearly articulated program goals.
